DREAAM Mentoring Academy Pre-Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in the DREAAM Mentoring Academy. This pre-enrollment form is the first step in the enrollment process.

Completing this form does not guarantee enrollment in the Academy.

Currently, we are pre-enrolling 5th-8th grade boys. Each mentoring team has a limit of 10 boys. Girls are not being enrolled at this time.

Please note that the following schools are eligible for transportation from school to the DREAAM Center in Urbana.

Jefferson Middle School

Edison Middle School

Urbana Sixth Grade Center

Urbana Middle School

Stratton Academy of Arts

Garden Hills Academy

Robeson Elementary School

Barkstall Elementary School

We can only provide transportation from this list of schools until further notice. Parents can also transport to the DREAAM Center as an option. We don’t provide transportation from the DREAAM Center to home.

DREAAM is exploring state funding to help keep our academies free and/or at a low cost. Are you willing to apply for state-funded afterschool childcare (CCRS) as part of enrollment? We will provide the paperwork.
